DESCRIPTION
Location
Punta Pingueral is located in the 8th Region of Bío Bío in beautiful bay of Coliumo, 38 kms. from Concepción and only 30 minutes from the International Airport Carriel Sur.
This area is known for the beauty and the prominence of the surrounding nature. Clearly dominates the fishing area so there is a high degree of development of the local cuisine, especially seafood.
These characteristics have made the area a high demand for property and clearly strengthens as one of the major coastal resorts of southern Chile.
Access
To get to Punta Pingueral from Conception take the CH-150 road in the direction to Tomé and then continue on the path toward Dichato throw the 0-14 road. The resort has two entrances, one throw the residential complex Pingueral (which has controlled and restricted access and the other side where it adjoins the Villarrica private condominium Costa Pingueral.
Topography

Beaches
The site has direct access to the beach Las Conchitas, a small boutique beach suitable for swimming and extraordinary beauty. Also, the land is bordered on the north by the beach side of Pingueral and to the south with traditional beach town of Dichato.
Nature
The place has a magical and beautiful wildlife. Lots of pine forests and eucalyptus abound which are occupied by a huge variety of birds, some of great size, constantly flying by. The sea wolf is a typical animal of this area, which frequently appear on the beaches while the pelicans stay watching them from the rocks. In this place you can see a real concert of birds singing in unison with the sea and the wind whistling throw the woods.
Atractives
No doubt this place is surrounded by excellent attractions. In the residential complex of Pingueral you caan find the seafood restaurant Tutti Mare, shopping, tennis and soccer courts, swimming pools, water slide and equestrian area among other entertainments. Dichato and Tomé are are 5 and 15 minutes respectively and are recognized for their localities and fishing gastronomic tradition of seafood. Two locations that apart from providing all basic services such as pharmacies, supermarkets and banks, have a culture and history that identifies them and make this an unique area of Chile.
